Terms and Conditions

Golf carts are motorized vehicles. Driving or riding in a golf cart can lead to serious injury, property damage, and even death. By using our services, you voluntarily accept all risks associated with golf cart rental and operation.

In exchange for the privilege to rent this golf cart, you are accepting responsibility for your own negligence. You voluntarily agree, on behalf of yourself, your personal representatives, and your heirs, to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Rental Guard, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, suits, judgments, and demands for bodily injury, property damage, loss of life, and/or loss of services that may arise out of the use of the golf cart.

You are liable for all medical and legal claims that may arise from the rental of the golf cart.

• You must be at least 16 years of age and present a valid driver's license to rent a golf cart.
• Under no circumstances are you allowed to let another driver operate the vehicle unless cleared by our staff upon signing this agreement.
• It is strictly forbidden for a minor or any individual without a valid driver's license to operate the vehicle. At no time may a minor have their hands on the steering wheel when the vehicle is moving.

• Cart must remain on designated paths and areas. Do not take the cart on nature trails, native grass areas, or off-road.
• Maximum of 2 people per cart. All passengers must be seated. NO children allowed in the driver's lap.
• Cart must be parked and the key returned by the designated time.
• No excessive speed, joy riding, or any type of unreasonable activity will be tolerated.
• Do not attempt to transport more people than the cart was designed for.

You agree to pay for any damage to the cart and authorize us to charge your credit card for the same. You further agree to pay for any costs we incur to collect for damages. Anyone observed abusing golf cart rules and regulations will forfeit all rental privileges immediately without refund.

If any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. In no way should the renting of this vehicle be seen as Rental Guard endorsing this vehicle as a form of recreation or fun.

The management reserves the sole discretion to determine misuse of the golf cart in any way, requiring an immediate return without refund.
